The RetroScope is such a cool idea, I wish I had thought of it! Nat has just got one of those minds...
Also I think he spends time with creative and imaginative friends (or creative and imaginative people want to be friends with him), which helps. He does seem to live in an area where lots of people with the hacker nature hang out. Good for him. I should hang out with my creative friends more often.
